The designer was timely and prompt. She will likely be able to provide simple and straighforward designs easily. \n\nFor more complex designs, she will need detailed and close guidance. I do not communicate well with her, primarily because she was more emotional in her communication than logical. \n\nShe was unable to deliver the design that I expected after communicating a design brief (delivered by another hire on Fiverr) due to what she considers the complexity of the design. I decided to pay her for the time spent regardless because this is how I hedge against unsuitable designs and designers. She has been given feedback, and I trust she will improve with experience.
