I chose him because of his portfolio. I was unhappy with his ability to take the concept and flesh it out. I had a good starting point but there was little useful input for maturing that design. I did all the steering and maturing of the ideas. That was my only frustrating part. But for me, that was the reason I was paying for the project. Professionally, he was 5 stars. We are in way different time zones and there was some delay but he was always responsive to my needs and timely. His graphics work was excellent. He was able to do exactly what I conveyed, and he seemed to have good command of the design software. I feel he will get better in the area I noted as he works with more clients.
