I didnt know what I wanted except for my logo to be clean, simple and professional. Since I liked his previous work, those are the examples that I gave him not realizing they would be the exact format (concept). So, I just say when you give examples and if you dont know exactly what you want and you want the Seller to wow you with their creativities, make sure to mention that before they start on your concept(s). For the money I paid and since I like the examples, I am pleased with what I receive. Seller was prompt and responded to my questions, revisions very quickly.
