I loved the work and I felt the questions asked to help \"see\" the vision set up buyer and creator for success. I described in detail what I liked, sent pictures of things I liked AND didn't like to help borydesign be successful on the first try. I asked for an additional format and received it within minutes. She had her work cut out for her since this is a family business. She never complained even when there were ridiculous revision requests. lots of them honestly. I had a vague idea of what I wanted as a logo so I gave Jess a few sentences about my business and myself. She said she'll work on it right away. The communication was amazingly quick.
