Aralíe made the absolute perfect logo for my dog training/walking business. I wanted something that totally represented my two dogs who inspired me to start this and it’s perfect! Great experience with both the designer and Fiverr. I asked our company marketing person for a recommendation and she put me on to Fiverr. I perused a bunch of different designers, chose one that seemed to in line with my expectations, and I was not disappointed. I wanted a new logo for my digital marketing brand. I didn't know she would bring about the best from the given specifications. I loved all of the options. I provided some inspirations and clear instructions about what I wanted and specified my desired theme with Pinterest links and my website. But never expected to receive all the wonderful ideas to choose from and so I needed Arlie's help to go with what she thought was best as the designer.\nWhat I noticed in the reviews is that some people complained about the gaps in communication without voice/ video call. I believe if you guys provide the clear and concise details in text, there is no need for communication via another medium.

Our logo design came out well after 10+ revisions, it would've likely taken fewer (Maybe 4 at most) but every time I would message asking for ~3 parts to be adjusted and would receive a revision that only had one of those parts touched upon, requiring asking a second or third time for each (and 2 days waiting time). Quality was good, and overall worth the cost ($33) but it took over 30 days total to revise the logo.\nMessaging was non-existent, I would receive the *exact same* scripted response each time even though I was asking questions and being upbeat the whole time. It was like I was talking to a wall. Communication was a major weak point here, but the work got done and done well enough.
