Attempted to cancel the order after I realized it was just too difficult to get the results we wanted online. The back and forth for us is just too much for this. Not that the seller is bad, this was just not easy thing for us to make happen.\nThe bad part was the seller basically REFUSED to CANCEL THE ORDER!!!\nIf someone wants to CANCEL!!! THEN YOU LET THEM CANCEL!!!\nIts not always about the $$$$$.\n\nWe are NOT HAPPY!!!\nWe tried to explain our situation but the seller would not listen!!!

Super professional, creative and skilled. Communication was outstanding from start to finish and turnaround time was great. This was my first time using Fiverr but they exceeded my expectations in every possible way. I am very impressed by the quality of the designs that I received. I had a vision of the logo design but the details I provided were rather vague. They came up with a logo design that blew me away and even sent me an extra version that I requested. The seller was great at responding quickly. They followed my requests during revisions and provided more designs than what was included in the package, which I appreciate immensely. On the other hand, I purchased the premium package because the seller’s portfolio stated that the more detailed and artistic logos were those purchased as part of the premium package. I felt that the designs created without my input were rather bland and uninspired. I think expecting a more creative batch of offerings to choose from and felt like it was up to me to provide an artistic vision for the logo. But the seller was easy to work with and very efficient, if you know exactly what you want.

The seller is talented and, after a rocky start, we were able to drill down 1 of the two logo concepts to fit my needs. Initially, I think both of us weren't communicating to the level we needed to convey the vision and the order was prematurely closed. Once resolved, the seller provided swift edits and used samples and inspiration photos to convey a great brand image. Thank you for the learning opportunity! One other note: closing out an order within 24 hours without approval is too soon given weekends, sick days and time zone differences!

The initial design was very basic, lacked creativity, and didn't incorporate the colors requested. After a few revisions, the final project is okay. However, I definitely don't think it was worth the amount of money paid. I would have expected more at this price point.
