The communication is really top and also they fullfilled every wish in my 3 review rounds. And from step to step the logo got nicer and nicer. I am really happy, as they improved my simple copy paste idea logo I build myself simply in PPT and now I have it professionalized. Therefore I can only say that based on my input everything was fine. But I have no idea how creative they would build a logo from stretch without a visual input. I am really happy that I tried this out, it was my first experience on Fiverr as well and I bet if you have a light idea of your future looking logo the Basis package could be a favorite choice to start this gig and is adaptable by further needs.

Communication was great, I am happy with my logo that was designed. However, when I purchased 11 mockups, I expected more effort and thought to have gone into each of them. I felt that they were just knocked out just to have a quick turnover. I didn't feel that even with the extra money spent on the extra mockup that I really got what I was paying for and only really had one logo to choose from, which is a shame. I do like what I received, but also felt I had to do some of the work myself to get it there. I have worked with other designers on here and didn't have to try as hard to get what I was looking for. Moon is very nice and easy to work with great communication, but I expected more.
