my experience with bilal was a journey. his communication was very pleasant despite the time . He went the extra mile to get a actual conversation to try and meet my demands. As a creator & designer i am sure this seller work with numerous of clients. His questions to get more creativity out of the project wasn't so helpful. i felt like the seller was going for what he thought it should look like instead of what i desire. i feel like i've settled for a logo. The logo indeed came out very clean and straight forward but there was no real creativity or thought process into making the logo. it's not a logo that I am in love with but it is very clean and presentable.

Bilal was super helpful and understanding. He made us a beautiful logo which me and my partner both loved but we were receiving alot of negative feedback about one specific part of it. This was after my order was already complete.
