Overall my experience with this seller was alright. I think communication may be the biggest con. There were instances when I would ask for a correction on one part of the logo and the seller would send me a completely different logo which was a little frustrating. I asked for certain colors to be incorporated and that didn't happen. Because I am proficient with Illustrator I settled on the last version and I plan on iterating on the logo.

The seller was well spirited and open to every request. Though at the beginning we had troubles communicating some ideas.\nThe person assigned to design did as many changes as requested and reached what was asked. Nevertheless when checking the source file, there were some rough details I had to personally fix. Nothing that would make the mascot useless, for most proposes would be just fine, but for certain activities, those finer details do affect.\n\nI would say that if you have clear what you want, have some time and have an eye for the details; you'll get what you paid for.

bossdesigners is an absolute legend. Worth every penny and probably significantly more. I've used his services 1 times now and will pretty much always start logo orders with bossdesigners.

So instead of 24 hours, the whole thing took 5 days\n\nThey listened to my wishes. It always took 24 hours for the revision to be delivered. But I had paid a surcharge for an EXPRESS delivery. So the whole thing took 5 days instead of 24 hours.

Communication was very very easy though we were on total opposite time zones, so it took an entire day to receive any response to revision requests- but that was of no fault of designer.\n\nMy experience was not what I assumed I would be paying for, I wanted a modern unique new logo and what I got were several logos to choose from that were all very VERY basic that I could have pulled for free off of any of the logo generators in my opinion. In the end, I ended up asking designer to just revise our current logo to relay our new business name. So in the end, I didn't exactly get what I assumed I would.
