I was honestly blown away at the designs that were created for my business. Bossdesigners communicated constantly and listened to everything we were looking for. I really love the logo that was made for me but getting to the finish point was exhausting.\nIt was difficult to communicate with them due to their work hours being in the middle of the night for me. I'm totally fine with that, it just took longer to receive revisions. At the beginning of my order, when I chose my favorite design and told them changes to make to it, the next day when I woke up, instead of making the changes to the logo I liked, they made a completely new design. Annoying as nothing in my message said to make a new design. \nAfter many days of getting revisions, my logo was finished. I am very happy with it.

I gave them some ideas, but gave them creative liberty with the design and they had some good and great ones and then the PERFECT ONE! They were extremely responsive and did a great job with slight revisions. Even after the order was done I wanted or needed in a separate format and their customer service went to the team to get me the additional format and delivered them to my inbox! That is real customer service for the long run and not just trying to upsell. \n\nSo awesome and I'll be coming back!

I did give a sorta vague description, however I said to orient the design based off of the name, \"Fortune,\" and I somehow ended up with two logos that didn't represent them at all. I instantly didn't reply to their questions because I was disappointed. I guess to get the quality equivalent to those displayed, I'd have to pay much much more than what I did.

Well, the boss designer team simply did what I asked them to do and did it well, especially for the price. Considering how much revision I asked for without them ever complaining this gig was not only worth the money but almost even a bit of an unfair deal. They did an incredible job with outstanding service and support. For the price there's literally nothing more one could ask for from a designer team!!!
